Why enjoy
it ... !

The Louis XIV oak tree, also called “the big oak”, stands outside of Villers-en-Arognne, on the way to Verrières. It was planted in 1638, the birth year of the Great King. It is low, full of branches, and very spread out. Its squat, massive trunk carries an impressive amount of branches. This 350 year old oak tree inspires respect.
