The Marne Valley Cycle Route forms part of National Cycle Route No. 52 from Paris to Strasbourg. Easy difficulty level. It runs alongside the River Marne and its side canal for 92 km from Dormans to Vitry-le-François, passing through Épernay and Châlons-en-Champagne. This route offers breathtaking views of the Champagne hillsides, listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site under the name ‘The Hillsides, Houses and Cellars of Champagne’, runs alongside the Montagne de Reims Regional Nature Park, and allows you to discover the rich landscapes and heritage of the Marne Valley.
