Winegrowers for seven generations with a strong attachment to the Grand Cru Mailly-Champagne terroir, Hedwige and her son Hugues are carrying on their ancestors’ traditions.
Their vineyard now extends over 15 hectares located exclusively in Mailly-Champagne, and is made up of 80% Pinot Noir and 20% Chardonnay.
The champagne is made on the estate by the cellar master with grapes and wine from the Muller vineyard.
