Obtaining a label


Vignobles & Découvertes, a national label for quality wine tourism services.

Created on the initiative of the Ministries of Agriculture and Tourism in 2009, its aim is to raise the profile of wine-growing regions. It makes it easier for customers to plan weekends and short breaks in the vineyards.


The label is awarded by Atout France, France’s tourism development agency.
Locally, tourism institutions and interprofessions are responsible for coordinating, promoting and marketing labelled services. In Champagne, these are :

Services covered by the label


– Wineries, Houses and cooperatives,
– Accommodation: hotels, gîtes, bed and breakfasts, campsites and tourist residences,
– Restaurants, Leisure activities, Heritage sites (museums, monuments…)
– Events, Incoming agencies, Tourist offices.

Provided they are located in one of the label zones and meet national criteria.

Montagne de Reims, Vallée de la Marne, Vallée de la Marne Ouest, Coteaux Vitryats, Coteaux Sud d’Epernay – Côte des Blancs, Massif de Saint-Thierry Vallée de l’Ardre, Coteaux du Sézannais, Côte des Bar.
