Located on the chateau estate in Boursault, Champagne Le Gallais welcomes you to the Terrasse des Abbayes. This new venue offers a splendid 180° view of the Marne valley vineyards. Owner-producers Hervé and Charlotte Le Gallais invite you to visit their estate and discover all the steps of the production of their champagnes. Two bespoke experiences are proposed for groups between 6 and 40 persons:
- 90 minutes: A visit to the vineyard, the discovery of the pressing process and the cellars, followed by a tasting session
- Between 11:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m.: The visit described above plus a lunch accompanied by 4 vintages of Le Gallais champagne.
Optional activities: disgorging, a sabrage, and wine discovery or winegrowing workshops depending on the period of the year.
