Their vines are 98% Chardonnay grapes and 2% Pinot Noir grapes.
Exposed exclusively on south/south-west facing hills, they enjoy maximum sunshine and a chalky soil that helps the grape to mature.
The Sébille family will be delighted to welcome you all year round to introduce you to their champagne.
