La Gaultoise was founded by Romain Pelletier, a farmer for almost 20 years. Growing a part of the source material necessary for brewing the beer, he decided to get involved in its production. Trained as a brewer at the IFBM (French beverage, brewing and malting institute) in Nancy, he has been offering craft beers since 2018.
With his extensive experience, Romain Pelletier has his own recipes and little secrets to brew an exceptional beer that blends tradition and authenticity. He rests his expertise on high quality grains originating from his own farming business. If you’re a beer lover, you’ll be delighted to know that La Gaultoise comes in blond, dark, and brown.
