* A channel manager is a tool that connects your leisure activity to online agencies (also known as OTAs) such as Viator or Musement, and synchronizes availability and activity details across all these platforms in real time.
How much does it cost and how does it work?
We have entered into a partnership with the Regiondo platform, enabling you to benefit from preferential rates. These offers are only available to partners of the Agence de Développement Touristique and the Offices de Tourisme de la Marne.
- Service offering online sales on ADT and OT websites, reservation management, channel manager and simplified statistics tool: €0
- Starter offer to integrate the reservation module on your site, gift voucher printing, cash register at your point of sale: 19 €/month instead of 49 €.
- Advanced offer for resource management*, customer feedback system, customer relationship management (allows use of personal data, in compliance with RGPD): €39 instead of €99
- Enterprise offer customized packages, personalized e-mailing, access to 2,000 applications. Price : €89 instead of €199
* Resources may vary according to your activity: number of guides available, limited quantity of equipment (vehicles of all types, touch-screen tablets, picnic baskets, etc.). Managing your resources allows you to automatically close other slots linked to this specific resource (a guide assigned to 2 visits, for example).
