From Dormans to Lac du Der

Cycling from Dormans to Lac du Der (3 days)

Created by the ADT de la Marne and entirely “turnkey”, this tour takes you from the town of Dormans to Lac du Der in 3 days. A genuine tourist itinerary, it offers cultural visits along the way, as well as suggestions for restaurants and hotels to stop off at.

The use of electric bikes is recommended (especially for the first stage), but not compulsory. Indeed, while the first stage offers a few climbs in the vineyards that should be taken into account, the next two stages are virtually free of gradients. The third and longest stage can be partially completed by train, from Châlons-en-Champagne to Vitry-le-François.

This 158 km route, of easy to moderate difficulty, is suitable for a wide range of people (tourists, families, occasional cyclists…).
