Through our cellar tour, you discover the Champagne process, the traditonal champagne methods and the new techonologies allowing a champagne wine quality,. Press room tour, vat room, dressing, disgorging process, cellars with 'pupitre' and giratoring machine. Possibility to see the machines working when workers are here. A tasting in our panoramic room permits to introduce you to the Blanc de Blancs champagne flavours (from chardonnay in which we are specialized) and to taste the champagne wines variety in a same house.
