Located in Montigny-sous-Châtillon in the Marne valley, Champagne Charlier & Fils has been a family champagne house for 5 generations, producing wines that have the particularity of being aged exclusively in oak casks (large capacity barrels). An incredible alchemy is created between the wood and the wine to obtain superior quality vintages with an extraordinary aromatic palette. The visits proposed enable you to understand the champagne production process and the philosophy of this house, but also to discover magnificently carved barrels, including a unique cask that you can climb inside! The tour ends with a tasting session in a beautiful cellar with a capacity of 60 people.
