Full of life and always in a good mood, the family is full of projects between two trips and a renovation. Never without a cap or bonnet, depending on the season!  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-accent-1-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-c3961eeaf0cd5d9f668d90773211cc2a\"><strong>Program for the day<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>10 a.m.: Meet at Joiselle for a rail bike ride<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>12pm: Lunch at 5.1 in Montmirail<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2pm: Meet at the Ranch du Moulin St Martin<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dinner and overnight at Ranch du Moulin St Martin<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/section>\n\n<section class=\"wp-block-group alignfull pattern-patchwork-3-texts-3-images has-global-padding is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-63fbf5b9 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column col-content is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:66.6%\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">It&#8217;s spring again, and the Loth-Hamon family is back for its first ambassadors&#8217; day! It began on Saturday morning with a ride on the <a href=\"https:\/\/tourisme-en-champagne.com\/ambiance-western-pour-les-loth-hamon\/\" data-type=\"page\" data-id=\"12389\">Grand Morin cyclo-draisine<\/a>, also known as the v\u00e9lo rail. As its name suggests, the rail-bike follows a track and can accommodate up to 4 people. At the front of the bike, there are two places for pedaling. These are flanked by a small seat where passengers can let themselves be guided. Ideal for a family outing!     <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8220;We chose the 9 km route, which the manager&#8217;s daughter told us was nicer and shadier,&#8221; explains Anne-Sophie. &#8220;She explained how to maneuver the bike, then we set off. We took time out to take photos, pick up pretty stones, pick dandelions&#8230; Ad\u00e8le was very calm and seemed to be having a good time. Victor, who was scared and didn&#8217;t want to do this activity, loved it. In fact, it&#8217;s his best memory of the day! A word of advice for families: if it&#8217;s a hot day, remember to take water, because 9 km of pedaling is hot! And if it&#8217;s raining, boots and rain gear will be welcome to avoid getting wet!   <\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"300\" height=\"600\" src=\"https:\/\/tourisme-en-champagne.com\/assets\/uploads\/2025\/06\/lhote4.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-12400\" title=\"\"><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">After lunch, the family headed for the <a href=\"https:\/\/tourisme-en-champagne.com\/ambiance-western-pour-les-loth-hamon\/\" data-type=\"page\" data-id=\"12389\">Ranch du Moulin St Martin<\/a>, a western farm just a few minutes&#8217; drive away. The program included a stroll around the grounds, a meeting with the free-range hens and a tour of their accommodation. &#8220;We were welcomed by Fabrice, the manager. He immediately showed us our beautiful tipi for the night and the bathroom located in the nearby stagecoach&#8221;.    <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">At 3.30pm, the children took part in the &#8220;Gold panning&#8221; activity. For a good half-hour, they searched for gold using two different techniques. &#8220;Victor and Ad\u00e8le loved it! Ad\u00e8le, despite her young age, followed all the advice and did what the grown-ups do,&#8221; enthuses Anne-Sophie. The family then continued their tour of the park, stopping off at the various games of skill and motor skills (ball pool, inflatable ball, etc.).   <\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"300\" height=\"600\" src=\"https:\/\/tourisme-en-champagne.com\/assets\/uploads\/2025\/06\/lhote6.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-12410\" style=\"width:293px;height:auto\" title=\"\"><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group col-content has-global-padding is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">After a 2-hour cycle-rail ride, the family met up at the family-run home-cooking restaurant Le 5.1 in Montmirail for a well-deserved lunch! The kids were getting tired and hungry. &#8220;It was really excellent. Burger for me, entrec\u00f4te for Arnaud, menus for the kids and chocolate cake for dessert &#8211; we had a real treat!&#8221; says Anne-Sophie.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"300\" height=\"300\" src=\"https:\/\/tourisme-en-champagne.com\/assets\/uploads\/2025\/06\/lhote7.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-12415\" title=\"\"><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/section>\n\n<section class=\"wp-block-group alignfull pattern-documentary-space has-base-background-color has-background has-global-padding is-content-justification-center is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-fdcf44e1 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left wp-block-paragraph\">At 6pm, the family was free to enjoy the park, now closed to visitors. &#8220;We were lucky enough to have the park all to ourselves &#8211; a real surprise! Anne-Sophie and Arnaud rounded off the day in style with a campfire hosted by the ranch manager. On the menu? Sausages and marshmallows! &#8220;It was easier for the kids, and a lot of fun,&#8221; confirms the young mother.     <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left wp-block-paragraph\">After a good night&#8217;s sleep in the tepee, where every comfort was provided, the family had breakfast at the ranch, with a beautiful view of the park and the animals.
