Don&#8217;t forget a pump and a repair kit. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Helmets are compulsory for children and strongly recommended for adults. Remember to wear reflective clothing or a fluorescent vest. For small children, standard seats with harnesses are recommended.  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Don&#8217;t overestimate yourself! Each circuit has its own level of difficulty, so choose your route according to your ability. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>On cycle routes, be vigilant and respect road signs when crossing roads, as well as the highway code in general. Keep a close eye on your children, especially around crossroads. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Please respect all users and adapt your pace to the layout of the site.
